• Selected Job Category (ITI, Diploma, Helper, Worker)
• Current Location (latitude and longitude at the time of application submission)

• Device Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Device type and operating system
• App usage data (such as time spent within the Application)

2. Location Information

The Application collects your device’s current location (latitude and longitude) at the time you submit a job application.

This location data is used solely for:

• Identifying nearby job opportunities
• Matching you with relevant openings in your selected job category

The Application does not collect location data in the background. Location is collected only when you actively submit your application.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

• Verifying your mobile number via One-Time Password (OTP)
• Processing and recording your job application
• Matching you with relevant job opportunities near your location
• Contacting you regarding available job openings
• Improving our services and job matching processes
• Complying with legal obligations

4. OTP Verification and Third-Party Services

To verify your mobile number, we use third-party SMS/OTP service providers. These providers may process your phone number solely for OTP delivery and verification purposes.

The Application may also use third-party services such as Google Play Services.

These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies governing the use of information.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information.

Your information may be shared in the following situations:

• With authorized internal team members for job matching and candidate contact
• When required by law, legal process, or government request
• To protect our legal rights or prevent fraud

If information is shared with potential employers, it is done strictly for job placement purposes and only when relevant to the job opportunity.

We retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter for operational and legal purposes.
